Melissa Bata is a Risk and Compliance professional with over 17 years of experience advising senior leaders and organisations on risk management and regulatory matters. Melissa held key roles, including Principal Risk Advisor and Risk Lead/Manager, with PwC, Deloitte, the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, KiwiRail, Westpac Life (Fidelity Life), and TSB. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines and aspiring Licensed Immigration Adviser (LIA) in New Zealand, she brings strategic and operational expertise to Begin Immigration. Melissa leads the firm’s operations, risk and compliance functions, ensuring the business operates efficiently and to the highest professional standards.
